In addition to this, I have worked within an NHS Staff Support Service, providing therapeutic interventions to NHS employees experiencing work related stress, burn out, disciplinary proceedings and physical health diagnosis.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Life can be complicated and with our busy modern lives and endless lists of responsibilities, it can be a struggle to find the time, space or even the energy to deal with any personal problems which may arise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Space for change Counselling offers you the opportunity to sit, reflect and discuss the things that are bothering you and want to change, within a relaxed, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
