About me
Hi there, my name is Racheal and I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Counsellor with over 10 years’ experience, providing Counselling to patients within the NHS. In addition to this, I have worked within an NHS Staff Support Service, providing therapeutic interventions to NHS employees experiencing work related stress, burn out, disciplinary proceedings and physical health diagnosis.
Life can be complicated and with our busy modern lives and endless lists of responsibilities, it can be a struggle to find the time, space or even the energy to deal with any personal problems which may arise.
Space for change Counselling offers you the opportunity to sit, reflect and discuss the things that are bothering you and want to change, within a relaxed, non-judgemental and confidential environment. Identifying the barriers which are preventing you from living the life you want.
If you are struggling with some issues that you just can’t work out and think you may benefit from talking it through, then counselling could be for you. If you want to identify your blocks to change and reach your full potential, you can start your journey towards living the life you aspire to, focussing on your values and beliefs.
